Boris Midney

Ad from a 70's disco magazine.

In 1991 Boris Midney produced a project titled, 3D - it was something different from USA-European Connection and Beautiful Bend and far from Caress, Maquarade and Companion. It was proof that Midney was attempting to move with the times. Very similar to the pop dance sound of it's time (Bobby Brown, Milli Vanilli, etc.) yet there is an essence of Midney with keyboards on side B cut "L'amour" that is his style - could be the electronic flutes that bring the breaks into Euro feel. It is definetely a sound that is rare for Boris Midney.

He moved on in the late 90's to produced M Sounds -which was a more techno sound and again a sound that outlined Midney's attempt to create a sound within the market of the time. His masterpieces from the 70's still ring strong and are enough for fans to go back and appreciate again with full-force his talents, and new fans to to be in awe of his genius.

I will feature "You Ain't All That" and "L'amour" on Music Page!

Once again, the world awaits Boris Midney.
