BRUNCH FIX: "Ninja's Nest" @ Empire House in Hillcrest

My new favorite breakfast dish at Empire House in Hillcrest - "Ninja's Nest":

Small plate of french fried sprinkled with melted cheese, green onions and topped with a fried egg - served with green salsa!!!

This is incredible - as simple as it is! If you are in the Hillcrest area - you must try this dish or just Empire House - they have the best food prep and flavors!
