  2. Glenn I love how you have them in the cubbies. I bought something like this for my collection in vinyl as well. How do you have them categorized? My artist first name or last? Or by type. I'm looking for a computer to archive my collection. Yet I haven't found it yet.

  3. Ken did an estimated count of 15,000 by counting each cubby and then multiplying by the space - which fits across the wall in our media room - there is also boxes in our garage that I have yet to go through at one time - I usually pick and search for stuff. Allot of that stuff is material I shelved right away or got lost in the shuffle. And you are so welcome.

I love this music so much and it is a part of my life - and has made it happy and celebratory that sharing it is a way of giving back to it and others.

Good energy to you, Loulou :)

  4. I have them categorized by artist. It is not easy when we switched to these shelves and tried to take them all down in sections and keep them in order. It was an all-day project! :) The best way I find to digitally store them is by mp3 or wav and on external hardrives that you can just search for a keyword to find a song or file.

  6. Amazing photo! That must be a bunch of Megatone 12" singles on the left of the pic:) I thank my lucky stars for finding you Glenn - and your record collection - and your passion and energy! You are truly a hero in my eyes. Nick:)

  8. I think you and I have the same storage unites. I got mine from Ikea, and I'm using another setup for my stereo system and storage. I love this Glenn.

  9. That's were they are from!!! But, ours were in boxes for almost a month...it was a task I did not want to take on. Thanks to Ken, it happened :) He really is a motivator for me. I hope you are well, Tim - any plans for San Diego in the near future?
