REISSUE: “Someone That I Used To Love” by Norma Lewis – Disco Video Mix by Glenn Rivera

Norma Lewis gave dance floors many anthems to move with her well known cover of “Maybe This Time” and “Life Is The Reason” and “The Fight (For The Single Family)” – her touch has always brought a dramatic flair to disco music that is much needed.

Her 199 cover of “Someone That I Used To Love” is produced by John Williams and Paul Middleton – it is a wonderful dance tribute to a beautiful ballad. I have taken the 1973 romantic-film “The Way We Were” starring Barbra Streisand and Robert Redford to give a visual to the love, happiness and finally heartbreak to this Disco Video Mix.

The film was directed by Sydney Pollack

  1. And now her wardrobe is looking just as bright as her future.

Bright and Breezy: Selma Blair stepped out in Los Angeles on Saturday looking cool in a pair of neon orange sandals

The mother-of-one, who gave birth to son Arthur last July, paired her neon footwear with patterned shorts, showing off her toned legs.

She completed the look with a blue peasant top and a dark orange handbag.

As she ran errands, the 40-year-old had her long dark locks pulled back into a ponytail and she appeared to go make-up free beneath her over sized sunglasses.Karen Millen UK

Fashionable feet: Selma's bright footwear matched the sunny weather this weekend in Los Angeles

Selma has been busy of late, recently shooting Four Saints, which follows the story of four nurses who operate an illegal dressing station by the trenches of World War I Flanders.

She also has a role in the film Replicas which premiered in April at the Tribeca Film Festival and she is continuing with her acting career despite having felt very disenchanted with her job over the years.

In an interview with The Guardian, she said: 'I went through a period of pulling away from everything - acting, people - not sure if I
would ever have a voice in this business.'Karen Millen UK

Her career is heating up: Selma co-stars on Charlie Sheen's new series Anger Management and she has several movies in the works

She dished she is also looking forward to the future and the roles that will come up.

'I am hopeful again. I want a good life and a great career more than I ever have.

'I don't know that I actually believed I deserved one until now,' she said.
