Dice Records recording artist, Greg Stone released a cover of The Trammps "That's Where The Happy People Go" in 1987 - he performed at my club The Brass Rail in 1989 and also sang a cover of Sharon Redd's "Love Insurance". Unfortunetely, Greg left us in 2001, but like all disco artists who leave us we never forget them and pay homage to their talent and commitment to disco music.
Greg was a wonderful friend and I post his obit placed in Los Angeles Frontiers Magazine - June 2001 by his partner Albino in his memory.
Greg - Thank you for the belief in disco and placing your talents in our paths. I know you are still there with the love and energy you gave in your life here.
