Annie Chancel is Sheila - her first LP in 1977, “Love me Baby” made her an international sensation in discotheques across the world. Her 1979 LP “Spacer” is produced by none other than Bernard Edwards and Nile Rogers of Chic. From start to finish the project has Chic written all over it. A great taste of funk, pop, and disco.
“Spacer” is a certified disco classic that continues to bring back fond memories of a dance era. It is truly a fabulous number for Sheila and B. Devotion.
I have taken the 1980 action adventure film, “Flash Gordon” starring Sam J. Jones, Melody Anderson, Max von Sydow and Topol and created a backdrop that is somewhat fitting for an hero. The film did not bring continued success for the lead stars, but has a colorful adventure for viewers.
The film was directed by Mike Hodges
This Disco Video Mix is dedicated to Rick and Dean in Australia - disco energy that never quits!
