Strange is the word for this film where a new piece of equipment used where clips can be played and the subject wearing the hook-up can feel the scene as if he were there. Of course, it gets out of hand and the police try to stop Ralph Fiennes, and Angela Bassett in the climatic scene where they try to bring the truth out the governor and police.
